A 2-year-old boy in Washington state is alive today thanks to the heroic actions of his 12-year-old sister. The boy somehow became stuck in the family's septic tank on Wednesday, July 25, 2018. He was discovered by his mother who also became stuck while trying to rescue him. The girl called 911 and reported that her brother was unresponsive. She followed the dispatcher's instructions and performed CPR while awaiting rescuers. Thanks to his sister's efforts the boy was reportedly conscious by the time paramedics arrived.
